Left Over Chicken
A recipe for the left over roast chicken you have.
- Left over Chicken chopped
- Olive Oil
- What ever vegetables you have handy
- Moroccan Spice
Start cooking the rice - or if you have left-over rice is even better.
Heat the oil in a pan, and add the vegetables. Stir fry for a while and add splash of water as needed.
Add the chicken and spice to the pan and continue to stir fry until thoroughly heated and the vegetables are soft.
You can add any spice you like if Moroccan is not your thing.
Serve with pasta or rice.
