Easy Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats not instant
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
Combine all ingredients, excepting the berries, into a bowl or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy cold in the morning. Top with the berries and devour. That's it, all you have to do now is enjoy.
You can substitute any milk, and fruit of choice. It is truly delicious.
